As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I, you will support the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. This role requires a strong foundation in communication, organizational skills, and a passion for helping find the right talent for our team. We are looking for someone who has a positive and professional attitude, enjoys problem solving and thrives in a fast pace rewarding environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Create job descriptions and appropriate pay ranges for the position Source candidates through various cost-effective channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers Conduct virtual and in-person interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities Create and facilitate a consistently applied on-boarding process and "First 90-days" schedule for employees Facilitate and schedule background and drug-testing for conditionally accepted candidates. Ensure 30 60-90-day reviews are performed and documented by hiring managers. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources Distribution of apparel and PPE Creating employee badges Other duties, as assigned.Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Skills:
Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, etc.) Time Management, Organization, and Excellent follow up skills Strong written and verbal communications Decision Making and Problem Solving Ability to navigate company systems and tools efficiently Quality listening and communication Time Management Organization Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
