Talent Acquisition Specialist (4655) Together for Youth $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 / yr United States, York, Poughkeepsie May 05, 2026 Description What we are looking for
Education:
Associates degree in human resources or related field required. Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.Experience:
3 years of full cycle recruiting(including background check) experience required with a focus on human services being advantageous. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Certifications:
Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR, with SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential being a plus.License and Schedule:
Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required by the agency.
