US-Contract Recruiter II

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Recruiter II to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of key positions within our organization. You will serve as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, helping to identify staffing needs and executing tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnering:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Candidate Experience:

Act as the primary point of contact for all applicants, providing timely feedback and ensuring a professional, engaging experience.

Process Coordination:

Schedule interviews and assessments, conduct reference checks, and manage background screenings.

Offer Management:

Facilitate the negotiation process and coordinate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Required Qualifications Education:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3-6 years of proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Sourcing Skills:

Advanced ability to identify talent using modern recruitment tools, platforms, and networking techniques.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with employment laws and standard recruitment regulations.

salary:

$29.47 - $34.47 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
