In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, and employer branding to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber candidates. Your proactive approach will ensure a seamless hiring process, supporting our mission to build a diverse and talented workforce. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in recruiting, talent management, and human resources management within a collaborative environment. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through social media management, cold calling, campus recruitment, and lead generation strategies. Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit; facilitate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations; communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring journey. Support onboarding activities including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration into the organization. Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and hiring metrics to support continuous improvement efforts in talent acquisition. Experience Proven experience in recruiting or human resources management within fast-paced environments; familiarity with executive recruiting is a plus. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms Demonstrated ability in talent management practices including succession planning and employee relations initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively through social media management and cold calling techniques. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant recruiting practices; experience with contracts and employee orientation processes is preferred. Familiarity with sales techniques such as lead generation and negotiation skills that enhance candidate engagement efforts. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude; strong research skills for sourcing passive candidates.
