Pay:
$28.85 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:40
PM Assignment Length:
Approximately 90-120 Days (could lead into a long term contract)
Work Arrangement:
On-site Join a Fast-Paced Recruiting Team! An established organization in the Cincinnati area is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 90-120 days. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume recruiting environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Update and manage applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Utilize Excel, payroll systems, background screening platforms, VMS tools, and other recruiting software Track recruiting activity and ensure accurate documentation Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience required Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with ATS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and recruiting technologies Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred What We're Looking For A self-motivated recruiter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities A professional who builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Apply today if you're an experienced recruiter ready to make an immediate impact on a contract assignment in the Cincinnati area! #HP123
