Job Summary:

As the GTM Recruiter II at DMG, you will be an integral part of our GTM strategy. This role will hunt top talent in the Revenue & Sales Operations, PMO, and Sales Enablement world. You will serve as the direct point of contact for hiring leaders and provide a complete recruiting solution.

What You'll Do:

Be the primary recruiting point of contact for an assigned Go-to-Market department. Partner with hiring managers to advise, guide, and influence hiring processes resulting in top hires. Support the Talent Acquisition Leader in the training and development of GTM Recruiter I's. Manage the candidate experience from first touch point to offer extension and acceptance. Provide a proactive, detail-oriented, high-touch candidate experience across every step of the recruitment process, captured in our ATS. Identify and recommend/implement process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that deliver key results in a high growth environment. Consistently source to build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines. Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need:

5+ years of recruiting experience. Experience in a growth oriented, fast-paced company is a plus. Strong sense of urgency. Advanced organizational skills. Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict. The ability to work with the latest technologies. Excellent customer facing skills (executive process, writing skills, phone skills); demonstrate a highly professional demeanor. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
