School of Pharmacy Job Summary:
Responsible for recruitment of prospective students and admissions coordination while also supporting enrolled-student communications, engagement initiatives, and program logistics in alignment with online graduate program enrollment and retention priorities. The incumbent frequently uses independent judgement and discretion.
Job Description:
Serves as a liaison between individual online program leadership and key School of Pharmacy (SOP) and campus units (e.g., Graduate School, Division of Outreach, SOP marketing/communications) for online programs in the SOP Represents and coordinates recruiting efforts (e.g. conferences and conventions, community events, colleges and university campus visits), and development of promotional materials, for the SOP Online Graduate Programs Coordinates and conducts meetings with prospective students while building relationships with alumni, college counselors, human resource directors of corporations and other interested parties. Coordinates admissions activities, including managing applicant communications, monitoring application progress and supporting timely completion of application requirements students with appropriate resources Manages program communications and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and responds to inquiries related to admissions, curriculum, tuition, and financial aid and tracking prospective student engagement Coordinates with Program leadership to facilitate admissions processes, including review of workflows and communication of admission decisions Collaborates with the SOP Marketing & Communications team to support and maintain online program websites and social media presence Assists with program logistics, including student travel approvals and coordination of campus visits of current students (e.g. ICSB Conference) Coordinates student-facing communications, including registration reminders, deadlines, and program updates, and provide responsive support to address questions and connect Plans and executes orientation and onboarding activities for new students, including assisting with university system access and preparation and distribution of SWAG bags/onboarding materials Coordinates, plans and promotes all events for the online programs, which include orientation and onboarding activities and graduation. Supports student engagement and success by monitoring progression, retention, and graduation outcomes and assisting with required documentation (e.g., GS8 forms) Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.
