We're looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful careers and helping build the teams that drive our success. In this role, you'll serve as a talent partner, relationship builder, and brand ambassador, supporting the recruitment of both field and office positions. Working closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the Recruiting team, you'll manage the candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding while helping attract top talent that aligns with 3CI's culture and values. You'll represent 3CI at career fairs, trade schools, industry events, and community outreach programs, helping strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice. This role is built for the fast-paced nature of construction recruiting; focused on building relationships, identifying hard-to-reach talent, and driving impact by helping a growing company achieve big goals through exceptional hiring.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting :
Partner with the Recruiting team to manage the entire hiring process from requisition intake through onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, pre-employment activities, and new hire coordination.
Build Talent Pipelines:
Develop and maintain strong networks of construction, skilled trades, and professional talent to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning. Collaborate with

Work closely with hiring managers, department leaders, and fellow recruiting team members to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Identify and Attract Top Talent:
Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, job boards, social media, industry associations, and direct outreach, to engage high-quality candidates for field and office positions. Deliver an

Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates receive timely communication, professionalism, and a positive impression of 3C Industries. Represent the 3
C Brand:
Act as an ambassador for the company at career fairs, trade schools, colleges, workforce development programs, community events, and industry networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand awareness and attract talent.
Support Successful Onboarding:
Partner with HR, hiring managers, and recruiting team members to facilitate a seamless transition from candidate to employee, helping new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and connected to the organization.
Maintain Recruiting Systems and Data:
Keep accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance, organization, and visibility into recruiting activity across the recruiting team.
Measure and Improve Recruiting Performance:
Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, gather stakeholder feedback, and work with fellow recruiters to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruiting processes and candidate engagement. Stay Current on

Maintain knowledge of construction labor markets, workforce challenges, recruiting best practices, and employment regulations to ensure effective and compliant hiring practices. Contribute to

Support strategic workforce initiatives and collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals that enable 3C Industries to achieve project demands and long-term business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the construction, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Knowledge of construction roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Safety Professionals, Estimators, and skilled trades personnel is highly preferred. Experience sourcing, screening, and hiring both field and office personnel. Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office 365, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools. Experience representing an employer at career fairs, workforce development programs, trade schools, colleges, and networking events is preferred. Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Familiarity with employment laws, hiring regulations, and compliance requirements. Willingness to travel as needed to support recruiting events, job sites, and company locations. Why 3C Industries?
