Job Description

At Luxor Staffing, we grow by providing growth opportunities for our employers and our employees. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Staffing Specialist! Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help our clients by providing them with high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish #IND123
