Description:
The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition assists in the hiring process through the successful pre-boarding of our external candidates & internal transfers by focusing on compliance, candidate experience, & on-time starts. Provides clear communication to candidates about the expectations, timeline, & process getting from offer to start date. Ensures compliance by collecting required pre-hire contingency documents including, but not limited to, background check, employment verification, education verification, I-9 verification, license/certifications verification, or fingerprinting as required by the job description. Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System to transition the candidate forward to hire & ensure accuracy of the employee profile, including adding licenses & years of experience dates. Ensures the personnel file is complete, documents are stored securely, & files are ready for all regulatory audits. Communicates with external hire or internal transfer between the verbal offer & start date, as well provides updates on clearance status to Partner, Talent Acquisition & other stakeholders. Maintains knowledge about positions, required skills, competencies & culture of the unit/organization to appropriately pre-board candidates. Is candidate experience minded while being rigorous with compliance requirements. Maintains a quality collaborative relationship with Partners, TA to ensure excellent candidate experiences. Minimum Qualifications Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices & processes as normally obtained through an Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field AND Two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or a customer service support role in a high-volume work environment Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to follow tasks through to completion, understand& relate to complex ideas / concepts, remember multiple tasks& regimens over long periods of time& work on concurrent tasks / projects. ​ Additional Qualifications (nice to have) Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred Experience using Workday or similar
