Job Description

Hinderer Motor Company is growing and currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience is required for this position.

Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Experience recruiting across multiple job types and levels preferred Automotive, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or high-volume recruiting experience preferred Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting across all Hinderer Motor Company locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Build strong talent pipelines for key roles such as technicians, service advisors, sales consultants, managers, and support staff Develop community partnerships, support employer branding initiatives, and track recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness Anything else you'd like to know about us?
