Duties Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify high-quality candidates Conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate skills and experience while maintaining a positive candidate experience Utilize research techniques and social media management tools to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future openings Maintain professional relationships with clients to assure the highest level of care Requirements Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems Excellent communication skills Familiarity with employment & labor law, employee relations, contracts, employee evaluation processes, and onboarding procedures Experience with social media management for recruiting purposes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Recruiter if you're passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities!
