We're seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter who thrives in a high-performance environment and has a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and closing exceptional talent. This is an opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership, influence key hiring decisions, and play a critical role in the growth of an award-winning organization. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive, leadership, and high-impact positions Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent Build relationships with passive candidates across multiple industries Conduct high-level interviews and talent assessments Influence and close candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with executives and hiring leaders on talent strategy Build pipelines for current and future leadership needs What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting experience with a track record of successful hires Executive search, leadership recruiting, or high-level talent acquisition experience preferred Strong sourcing and candidate generation capabilities Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Ability to influence candidates and hiring leaders alike High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability Competitive, results-oriented mindset Preferred Backgrounds Executive Search Corporate Recruiting Leadership Recruiting Talent Acquisition Agency Recruiting Executive Placement Firms Compensation & Benefits $80,000
