Duties Identifying potential candidates via social media management, cold calling, and leveraging talent pools. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with the hiring director on candidate pipeline. Collaborate with hiring team on employee orientation, onboarding processes, and training & development to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track candidate progress and recruitment record. Engage in recruitment efforts and lead generation activities to build a diverse talent pipeline for future leadership roles. Skills Knowledge of or ability to learn talent management practices such as succession planning and employee evaluation. Experience in customer facing environments or sales related roles is a plus but are not required. Ability to effectively communicate while maintaining positive candidate relationships. Demonstrated expertise in time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team setting preferred.
