The Bilingual Staffing Coordinator is responsible for attracting and engaging diverse and talented candidates, guiding applicants through the onboarding process, and maintaining current employees. About the Role Greet applicants/visitors and walk them through the onboarding process Answer phones, direct calls, and handle customer requests Persistent in reaching out to candidates through phone and email Interview candidates and conduct pre-screening processes which may include requesting background checks and drug tests Complete onsite check-ins and pre-orientation as needed Match qualified candidates with open client positions and communicate with clients regarding the status of their request Follow up with clients after completing client requests to ensure a high level of customer experience Follow up with employees to confirm timesheets and receive feedback on their work with clients Maintenance of employee files both electronic and hard copies Utilize multiple job boards and social media sites for recruiting purposes, including job posts, resume searches, etc. Perform job fairs and other recruiting events as needed Create recruitment flyers and job postings on various job boards/social media Conduct client job site visits as needed Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements Bilingual is required in Spanish. One or more years of customer service experience is preferred. Previous recruiting experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Telephone, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a high level of customer experience. A team player mentality is essential for our success.
