Recruiter - Hybrid
Human Resources Springfield, Ohio Permanent Apr 24, 2026 Recruiter - Hybrid Manufacturing
Springfield, OH BS Degree required
7 years of full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing
Recruit at all levels including Maintenance, Engineering and Management
Conduct high level intake calls and open communication throughout the hiring process
Must be detail oriented, experience with scheduling, documentation and admin tasks
Provide quality care and service to both the candidate, hiring managers and talent team
The ability to create and implement successful recruiting strategies
Identify candidates that match the technical and cultural needs of the company
High ethical conduct maintaining confidential information and discretion
The ongoing ability to build network channels and candidate pipelines
Act as a liaison and provide insight to hiring managers offering recommendations
Attended recruiting events including college career fairs
Ensure hiring guidelines, polices and pre-employment requirements are met
