Position Summary As a Recruiter your primary responsibility is to source, interview, hire and place viable candidates that meet the needs of our clients and provide high quality customer service to both our clients and employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Sourcing and screening potential candidates for placements. Utilize internal and external database to identify potential candidates. Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interview. Update and track candidates in applicant tracking system. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Administer background checks and drug testing, as needed. Meet or exceed weekly recruiting goal expectations. Post job advertisements online and through social media Attend career fairs and other Recruiting activities. Analyze current staffing needs and plan for future openings. Administer and follow all company on-boarding procedures. Manage resumes and update information in Minute Men's applicant tracking system. Ongoing communication with client to maintain proper job placements and staffing levels. Other responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred. Recruiting experience preferred. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude. Customer service or sales experience. Understanding of common business practices and procedures. Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word. Strong communication and interviewing skills. Customer/Client Focus. Demonstrates alignment with company's code of ethics. Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Continuous viewing from, and inputting data to, a computer.
- Telephone and face-to-face conversations.
- Travel/drive, as needed, to visit customers/potential customers.
