Corporate Recruiter for
Engineering & IT & Construction Roles Location:
Onsite Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to work in the Westerville, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, and paid time off. We're looking for a driven Corporate Recruiter to play a key role in high-volume recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about recruiting top talent, building strong relationships, and helping shape a best-in-class hiring experience.
What You'll Do:
Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions. Collaborate with HR and Services leadership on recruiting needs and overall Company goals. Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing and/or Sales functions. Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization.
What You Bring:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally within a corporate environment. Comfortable in a high-volume recruiting environment. High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
