Job Description
Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our client's team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting hiring efforts, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in human resources and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant experience for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate background and suitability.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Monitor and improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation and reporting.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources administration.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to review and analyze resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment.
