Recruiter Basic (1-3 years)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our client's team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting hiring efforts, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate background and suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
• Monitor and improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation and reporting.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.
