Electrical Skilled Trades Recruiter Contractors Unlimited Resources, CUR Inc. — Tulsa, OK 74135 About the Opportunity Contractors Unlimited Resources, CUR Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top electrical trade professionals with our contractor partners across the region. This role is critical to our continued growth and to supporting the workforce needs of the electrical construction industry including data center work.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
Competitive salary equivalent to approximately $28.00 per hour (40-hour work week)
Schedule:
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week

Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and holiday pay Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified electrical trade professionals, including journeymen, apprentices, foremen, and project leads Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled electrical candidates through active sourcing, referrals, networking, and industry events Partner with hiring managers and contractor clients to understand staffing requirements, project timelines, and technical specifications Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, certifications, licensure, and cultural fit Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics. Must be familiar with Excel, Word and Google Sheets Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Required Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting or human resources experience Working knowledge of the skilled trades industry, with specific familiarity in electrical trades, IBEW relationships, licensing requirements, and apprenticeship programs Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other industry-specific tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously

Up to $28.00 per hour
