G., Tulsa, OK] Position Summary The Full Cycle Recruiter/Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned accounts. This role owns the entire staffing lifecycle — from prospecting and securing new business to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates. This is a high-impact, results-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both relationship-building and recruiting top talent. Key Responsibilities Sales/Business Development (50%) Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships within assigned territory Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and in-person visits Schedule and lead client meetings to uncover hiring needs Present staffing solutions, including contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire Negotiate pricing and service agreements Maintain and grow existing client relationships Track activity and pipeline metrics in CRM Recruiting & Account Management (50%) Manage full-cycle recruiting for open job orders Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and database mining Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed summaries Coordinate interviews and manage offer process Ensure successful onboarding and placement follow-up Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates Performance Metrics New business revenue generated Gross margin performance Fill ratio and time-to-fill Client retention Activity metrics (calls, meetings, submittals, placements) Candidate retention and quality Qualifications 1- 3+ years staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales experience preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented CRM experience preferred Compensation Structure Base salary + uncapped commission
