Onsite Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting people with opportunities and eager to learn the full scope of recruitment. You will manage the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, all while working closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a smooth and effective recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, internal ATS, etc.) Source candidates using a variety of methods including online databases, social media, and networking Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers on next steps Schedule and manage interviews, feedback, and follow-up communication Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork to ensure a smooth transition
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Qualifications and Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, sales, or customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the recruiting industry Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team OKCFA
