What You'll Do:
ARMStaffing is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented healthcare recruiter to identify, recruit, and place qualified professionals in the healthcare field. In this position, you will utilize your outstanding communication skills and strong relationship-building abilities to connect with candidates effectively. Nurses looking for the next chapter in their journey away from the bedside do exceptionally well in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
You will source candidates, understand what they are looking for, match them with open opportunities, and guide them from initial conversation through placement. This role requires consistent outreach, strong follow-up, and the ability to manage a pipeline of candidates at different stages of the process. Build relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel, local contract, and per diem opportunities Make a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage new and existing candidates Screen candidates to understand their experience, preferences, availability, location, and career goals Match qualified candidates with open healthcare opportunities Educate candidates on the benefits of contract healthcare work Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process Keep candidate profiles, notes, work history, and preferences accurate in our systems Prepare quality candidate submissions for open positions
