Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, and support functionsPartner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring prioritiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, social media, and proactive outreachScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong skill and culture alignmentCoordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logisticsMaintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout the hiring processTrack recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
