We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruiting efforts and help build a best-in-class driver workforce. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding. Recruit Class A CDL drivers using Indeed, social media, referrals, job boards, and other recruiting channels. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to identify qualified candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of driver applicants. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, road tests, and orientation scheduling. Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking systems. Partner with Operations and Safety to ensure a smooth onboarding process and improve new hire retention. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. Represent G&N Logistics professionally while creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. Transportation or CDL recruiting experience is highly preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously. Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Recruiting, or similar sourcing platforms is a plus. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is preferred. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve hiring goals. Why Join G&N Logistics?
