This role goes beyond transactional recruiting, partnering with leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while supporting broader HR initiatives. You ll play a key role in workforce planning, employer branding, and enhancing the overall candidate and employee experience. 🀝 What You ll Do 🧭 Strategic Talent Partnership Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and long-term talent strategies Provide insights on labor trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process πŸ” Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Experience Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Develop interview strategies and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the process πŸ“Š Systems, Data & Compliance Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (ADP/Indeed) Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies Support reporting on hiring metrics and workforce analytics πŸ“š Training & Onboarding Support onboarding programs and new hire orientation Coordinate training materials and schedules Assist with tracking certifications and compliance training 🌟 Employer Experience Promote a strong employer brand through communication and engagement Support onboarding initiatives that drive retention and employee experience βœ… What You Bring Bachelor s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (healthcare preferred) Ability to influence and partner with leaders across the business Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with
ATS/HRIS
