Part-Time Social Medica Home Healthcare Recruiter Bucks County, PA Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 4-Hour Shifts $25-$30 per hour Better Home Care (BHC) In Person position - not hybrid or remote Help Build the Team That Delivers Exceptional Care Better Home Care is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Part-Time Home Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and using social media to attract top healthcare talent. You will play a vital role in helping us recruit and onboard compassionate caregivers and healthcare professionals who make it possible for our clients to safely remain in their homes. If you have experience in healthcare recruiting and know how to leverage social media to find and engage candidates, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do In this role, you will support recruitment and hiring efforts for both clinical and office staff, including: Recruiting and screening qualified: HHAs CNAs LPNs RNs Administrative/office staff Managing onboarding and collecting required employment documentation Scheduling interviews, orientations, and trainings Creating and executing social media recruitment campaigns Developing engaging content for: Facebook Instagram Online groups and communities Blogs and recruiting platforms Helping grow Better Home Care's online presence and employer brand Producing a monthly company newsletter featuring updates, employee highlights, job openings, and healthcare content Collaborating with leadership and office staff to meet ongoing staffing needs What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience Minimum 1 year of healthcare industry experience Minimum 1 year of social media marketing or digital content experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ideal Candidate Creative and comfortable using social media for recruiting Passionate about healthcare and helping others Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable Experienced in fast-paced hiring environments Why Join Better Home Care?
