As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities: Candidate Management & Sourcing Proactively finding candidates via social media, online platforms, and creative advertising (fliers, mailers, etc.). Building long-term talent pipelines by networking with schools, universities, and professional associations. Representing the company at career fairs and community events. The Interview & Selection Process Conducting initial interviews to vet candidates' skills, history, and salary expectations. Scheduling interviews with managers and keeping the process moving. Acting as the main point of contact for applicants, providing status updates, and delivering both job offers and rejection notices. Administrative & Strategic Support Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, posting jobs, and ensuring all data is accurate. Guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process and following up after interviews. Monitoring vacancies and providing weekly progress reports to the organization. What do I need for this role with Redstone? Bachelor's degree One (1) Year of recruitment experience helpful. Ability to to learn HRIS and ATS systems. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
