The Recruiter supports by helping source candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, manage applicant communications, and keep hiring processes organized and moving efficiently. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting client hiring needs in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities in the Recruiter role include: Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach efforts. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Support onboarding, paperwork, and pre-employment requirements. Provide a positive, professional experience for candidates and clients at every touch point while having fun.
Education:
High School Experience:
24 months Customer service experience - retail, hospitality, call center, front desk, etc. Administrative or office support experience Experience working with the public via phone, email, or in person Internship Interest in recruiting, human resources, or building a long-term career in staffing
Skills:
Strong customer service experience,Efficient organizational skills and attention to detail ,Basic office tools, email, calendars,
