This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings/interviews, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and handling onboarding/offboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and career fairs Review resumes and identify qualified candidates Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate evaluations Schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership Maintain accurate candidate tracking Manage onboarding steps for new hires Assist with offboarding procedures Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload Professional written and verbal communication Comfortable learning multiple software systems and platforms Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
