What You'll Be Doing:

Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of positionsConduct interviews and assess candidate qualificationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clientsCommunicate job opportunities clearly in both English and SpanishCoordinate interviews and assist with onboarding processesMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS systemPartner with internal teams to meet hiring goals and client needs
