Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions. Engage in HR sourcing techniques like cold calling, employee orientation planning, and employment law compliance to attract qualified applicants. Assist with campus recruitment efforts by coordinating outreach programs and participating in career fairs. Support onboarding activities by preparing contracts, employee evaluation forms, and facilitating employee relations initiatives. Requirements Demonstrated experience or interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources functions.
