This paid summer role offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in talent acquisition activities and build your professional network. Responsibilities Conduct research and utilize social media management tools to identify potential candidates across multiple channels. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions. Engage in HR sourcing techniques like cold calling, employee orientation planning, and employment law compliance to attract qualified applicants. Assist with campus recruitment efforts by coordinating outreach programs and participating in career fairs. Support onboarding activities by preparing contracts, employee evaluation forms, and facilitating employee relations initiatives. Requirements Demonstrated experience or interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources functions. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts, employee orientation materials, and employee evaluations.
