Required Skills & Experience 1+ years experience in an IT related role Experience working with Active Directory Exceptional organizational and time management skills Driving distance to Reading, PA Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience working with a ticketing system Insight Global's large client is looking for an Access Management Agent to join their team. This company has just gone through a large acquisition and this person will be responsible for account creations in Active Directory, Google, and in their proprietary applications. There may also be some equipment ordering and handling of PO's. This person will be handling about 20 tickets a day.
