August 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Student Recruiter at South Hills School of Business & Technology

• State College Campus.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about career and technical education and enjoys working independently while engaging with diverse audiences. The position involves extensive travel throughout Centre County and surrounding counties, for participation in events such as high school presentations, career fairs, and community outreach activities. Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at recruiting events, schools, and community functions
• Travel regularly (up to 75%) to support outreach and recruitment efforts
• Set up, manage, and dismantle displays, tents, and promotional materials
• Communicate effectively with prospective students, families, and partners
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to enhance recruitment strategies
• Work independently while maintaining strong organizational and decision-making skills Qualifications
• Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience with social media platforms and current trends Requirements
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
