• $30.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced Transportation Recruiter to support hiring efforts for CDL and Non-CDL positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience managing full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to build strong candidate pipelines for transportation, technical, and professional roles.

• Responsibilities:

• + Recruit and source CDL and Non-CDL candidates nationwide + Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding + Utilize ATS platforms, VMS systems, job boards, and social media to identify top talent + Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers + Review resumes and qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements + Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation throughout the hiring process + Develop recruiting strategies and build pipelines for future hiring needs + Support hiring for technical, IT, engineering, and professional-level positions as needed + Provide candidates with accurate information regarding company, client, and job opportunities •

Qualifications:

• + Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in transportation staffing + Experience recruiting CDL and Non-CDL drivers preferred + Experience using Tenstreet is a plus + Prior experience recruiting for technical and IT roles required + Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills + Experience working within VMS and ATS systems + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a high-volume environment + Strong internet sourcing and social media recruiting experience + High energy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally •

Pay Details:

• $28.
