Location:
Pittsburgh, PA — primarily based in our West Mifflin office, with occasional travel to nearby partner locations — including Cleveland and Plum — for hiring events and in-person support.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of field and office roles, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture Manage the end-to-end recruiting process—from writing job descriptions to extending offers Build strong talent pipelines through referrals, job fairs, partnerships, and proactive networking Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and transparency Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to local teams
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment—experience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (iCIMS experience preferred)
