Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position will focus on managing the recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring leaders to identify talent needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting and can effectively handle high-volume hiring demands while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience across a range of positions and hiring volumes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and provide market feedback.
  • Review applications, conduct initial candidate assessments, and advance top talent through the interview process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions at once while ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain talent pipelines for current openings and future workforce needs.
  • Monitor recruiting progress and share updates on pipeline health, interview activity, and hiring outcomes.
