Foster Parent Recruiter/Trainer Program:

Office KidsPeace invites you to join our mission-driven team of professionals who provide hope, help, and healing to children, adults and those who love them. Anyone can "make a living" but we make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve! Our Foster Parent Recruiter ensures a pool of available local foster parents ready to care for children when the call comes. Create awareness of the need for local foster parents via paid and unpaid advertising, and by representing KidsPeace in community-based activities and events to create visibility about foster care Recruit, interview, and evaluate foster parent candidates according to state and KidsPeace requirements. PTO Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related human services degree required; Prior experience in foster care, adoption, or other family serving systems preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic Computer skills Valid Driver's license and registered vehicle-able to work independently in the field Must be 21 Check us out!
