View More Jobs Recruiter-Talent Acquisition (USA) United States Job Description To be based in Miami, USA with key duties as follows: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback. Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during all hiring processes. Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility initiatives. Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience and knowledge of U.S Construction and / or Real Estate Development sector is preferred. Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
