Recruiter (Remote) PRP Quality, LLC Position Summary PRP Quality is seeking a motivated, energetic, and people-oriented Recruiter to support our growing automotive quality inspection business. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting employees for customer projects throughout the United States. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. This position requires strong communication skills, resilience, professionalism, and the ability to handle challenging situations with candidates while providing a positive representation of PRP. Essential ResponsibilitiesRecruiting and Talent Acquisition Partner with Operations, Regional Managers, and Leadership to understand staffing needs and project requirements. Develop and post job advertisements across various recruiting platforms. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs. Proactively recruit for high-volume and urgent staffing projects. Candidate Screening and Selection Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, availability, and overall fit. Assess candidates' communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and ability to perform job requirements. Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Onboarding and Employee Support Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, E-Verify, background checks, and other required employment documentation. Assist employees with onboarding questions and employment-related concerns. Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records. Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience from initial contact through placement. Recruiting Administration Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases. Track recruiting metrics and staffing progress. Assist with recruiting reports and workforce planning activities. Support recruiting initiatives and process improvements. Compliance Ensure all recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information. Follow company policies and procedures regarding employment documentation and recordkeeping. QualificationsRequired 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to type 40-52 words per minute Preferred Experience recruiting for manufacturing, automotive, industrial, logistics, or skilled labor positions. Experience with high-volume recruiting. Experience with onboarding, I-9 verification, E-Verify, and background screening. Ability to be productive in a home-based office environment with minimum interruption or dysregulation of an 8 hour work day. Pay:
$38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
