This role requires a strong background in agency or staffing/recruiting and the ability to identify and engage top talent through proactive outreach. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for professional services roles Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Database to identify qualified talent Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification Build and maintain candidate pipelines Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Maintain accurate recruiting activity within ATS/CRM systems Qualifications 3+ years of proactive recruiting experience in staffing or talent acquisition Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume/Database Experience recruiting for professional services positions Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Required Skills Proactive recruiting experience Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume/Database Strong communication skills Organizational skills Ability to work independently Pay range and compensation package Hourly contract opportunity plus incentives/commission Flexible remote schedule Competitive compensation based on experience
