SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, assist in the design of sourcing and recruiting strategies and implement those strategies to identify and attract qualified and diverse candidates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the training and mentoring of junior team members.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers to fully understand hiring objectives. Facilitate the requisition request process.
Understand and communicate to hiring managers Affirmative Action goals.
Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, ad searches, career fairs, internet postings and direct contact.
Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiation.
Submit candidates directly to hiring managers, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations. Coordinate interview and follow up activities.
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations; partner with hiring managers, senior leaders and compensation team members as needed.
Ensure proper requisition and offer approvals are obtained, and all activity is tracked in the applicant tracking system accurately and in a timely manner.
Connect with candidates and hiring managers on a regular basis to ensure expectations are met.
Serve as a resource to hiring managers for consultation and education on recruitment best practices.
Stay abreast of current recruiting trends and recommend creative strategies to meet hiring goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree preferred. 3 - 6 years professional experience in a corporate recruiting or professional sales environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs. Proven success within Kforce may substitute a portion of experience.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel as required, up to 5%.
