Engage in process improvement and diversity hiring initiatives. What's a typical day as a Corporate Recruiter? You'll be: Partnering with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles. Managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, especially for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions (e.g., CDL, operations, technical roles). Delivering a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and follow-through. Providing market insights and data to influence hiring decisions (compensation, talent availability, competitive trends). Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment. Supporting diversity hiring initiatives and ensuring inclusive recruiting practices. Identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience. Possess 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting. Have experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments (strongly preferred). Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously. Excel at stakeholder management and relationship-building. Are familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (Workday experience preferred). Are locally based in the Northern IL area (Deerfield or Round Lake) and able to support onsite hiring needs as required.
