Greater Cleveland (Parma, Mentor, Cuyahoga Falls, Sheffield)

What You'll Do:

Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and community outreach Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews Match candidates to open positions based on skills and experience Support onboarding and ensure all hiring steps are completed Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate records in our ATS (JobDiva) Partner with your team to meet hiring goals and deadlines

What You Bring:

Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills and a professional presence Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
