Coordinate scheduling of focus groups and interviews while maintaining accurate records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project needs, scope recruitment efforts accordingly, and deliver high-quality participant pools. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards during recruitment activities and maintain confidentiality of participant information. Skills Strong negotiation skills to engage potential participants effectively and manage expectations. Proven experience in market research qualitative recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Excellent interviewing and communication skills to assess suitability and foster positive relationships. Familiarity with database management systems for applicant tracking and data management. Ability to conduct recruitment using social media management tools. Experience with sales techniques including cold calling and relationship management to expand participant pools efficiently. Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in employee evaluation records.
