Job Title:
Full Cycle Recruiter Job Description You will be responsible for leading full life cycle recruiting activities. This role involves strategy development, sourcing, marketing roles, conducting phone screens, interviews, extending offers, and negotiating terms. You will collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and objectives, and work to build diverse talent pipelines. Responsibilities Lead full life cycle recruiting activities, including strategy development, sourcing, marketing roles, phone screens, interviews, offers, and negotiations. Partner and collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to fully understand their hiring needs and strategic objectives. Conduct recruitment strategy kick-off meetings, interview team prep and debrief sessions, and recruitment update meetings. Develop and launch recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to attract diverse talent. Proactively build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, sourcing, events, and other channels. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by improving outreach in the community and with universities. Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on utilizing relevant data in hiring decisions and provide guidance on behavioral interviewing and recruitment workflow. Schedule and coordinate phone screens, interviews, and related logistics as needed. Develop strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and the Compensation team. Essential Skills 2+ years of in-house full lifecycle recruitment experience. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday. Strong data entry and HR administration skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience with customer service and HR systems. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Enjoy a variety of amenities including a gym with fitness classes, a music room, lap pool, activity courts, and a café offering complimentary breakfast and lunch. The HR team, which includes a Chief People Officer, Director of Talent and Development, and Lead HRBP, supports a workforce of 200 at the Silver Spring location. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Silver Spring, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
