San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) We are seeking a GTM Sourcer to support an AI-native healthcare technology platform! This is a 3-6-month contract role focused on front-end sourcing and pipeline generation, with a primary emphasis on AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership talent. You will own sourcing strategy, identify and engage top-tier candidates, and build strong pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, creative in their sourcing approach, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What you'll do: Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for GTM roles Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of passive talent Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement across multiple channels Leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies Utilize creative sourcing methods including Boolean search, GitHub, , referrals, and alternative platforms Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout early-stage engagement
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in GTM sourcing or recruiting Strong focus on sourcing AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership talent Background supporting hiring within tech companies or startups Experience sourcing talent from top-tier organizations (e.g., large tech companies or high-growth startups) Expertise with Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools Proven ability to engage passive candidates and build strong pipelines Comfortable partnering with early-career or growing leadership teams Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities If you're interested and to learn more, apply today!
