ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit and place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals across the territory Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors Determine requisition requirements by working closely with the Department and Account Management team for open positions Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites, networking, etc. Full phone screen, conduct reference checks, and interview all candidates for open positions Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics This is a base ($42,000K) plus an uncapped commission role.

Experience working in a team environment Commission sales
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
