We are looking for a Hiring Assistant to support the operational structure of our recruitment efforts. This role combines candidate sourcing, pipeline management, interview coordination, and operational hiring support. This is not an observational role. You will operate with real operational responsibility, helping manage hiring workflows and ensuring that recruitment processes remain structured, organized, and transparent. You will work closely with internal leadership and hiring managers while interacting directly with candidates throughout the hiring process. The work is structured, collaborative, and designed to be long-term — not reactive. Key Responsibilities Source and engage potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on role requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring stages Manage and maintain the hiring pipeline across open positions Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers Track candidate progress and manage follow-ups throughout the process Support hiring metrics, reporting, and process documentation Help maintain structured and transparent recruitment workflows Requirements Must have: Intermediate English (minimum) Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of responsibility and organization Comfort working with structured processes and documentation Availability for 40 hours per week Nice to have: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative coordination Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or similar platforms Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations Experience working in structured or international environments This role offers Direct participation in international hiring processes Practical exposure to recruitment operations and talent acquisition Structured professional development through responsibility Close interaction with leadership and hiring managers Experience working within a multinational team environment This is a trust-based, long-term role, designed to grow over time.
